to Section 5 of the Principal Act: In Section 5 of the Principal Act,- (1) after clause (c) of sub-section (1), the following clauses (c1), (c2) and (c3) are added:- "(C1) National Anthem of Nepal,
(C2) Seal of Nepal,
(C3) Nepal's national heritage,"
(2) After sub-section (2) the following sub-section (2A) is added:-

“(2A) Except in the case of sub-section (2), a party shall not be required to provide evidence on a matter which the court takes judicial notice of.”
